DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this 5-day Nonviolent Communication (NVC) training is to strengthen youth\nworkers’ capacity to respond constructively to the increasing polarization\, radical\npositioning\, and hate speech present in today’s societies\, particularly among young people.\nThrough deep personal reflection\, practical skill building\, and experiential learning\, the\ntraining supports participants in developing the inner clarity\, empathy\, and communication\nskills needed to foster dialogue\, transform conflict\, and contribute to more inclusive\,\nresilient youth communities. The training is grounded in the understanding that how we\nrelate to ourselves shapes how we relate to others\, and that sustainable social change\nbegins with inner awareness\, relational skills\, and the ability to stay human in situations of\ntension and disagreement.

SUMMARY:Mednarodni intenzivni trening nenasilne komunikacije - IIT Slovenia 2026
DESCRIPTION:Od 16. do 25. oktobra 2026 bomo na Pohorju\, v hotelu Pohorje Village Wellbeing Resort\, gostili 9-dnevni mednarodni intenzivni trening nenasilne komunikacije (International Intensive Training – IIT). \nMednarodni intenzivni trening (IIT) je zasnovan tako\, da udeleženci za določen čas zaživijo v skupnosti\, kjer vsakodnevno prakticirajo nenasilno komunikacijo (NVC). Ob tem postopoma razvijajo svoje veščine ter usvajajo konkretna orodja za soočanje s konflikti in zahtevnimi pogovori. Takšna izkušnja omogoča\, da NVC ne ostane le na ravni teorije\, ampak postane del njihovega vsakdana – kar jim olajša prenos teh veščin v življenje doma\, v službi in širše. \nProgram bo vključeval tudi prostor za soustvarjanje. Udeleženci boste imeli priložnost predlagati teme in konkretne situacije\, ki jih želite raziskovati\, da vam bo NVC res v podporo v vsakdanjem življenju in tudi v odnosu do sebe. \nProgram bo potekal v angleškem jeziku.
