SUMMARY:Ustvarjanje dobrih odnosov v šolskem prostoru– usposabljanje za pedagoške delavce (preko KATIS-a)
DESCRIPTION:Učenci in učitelji v šoli preživljajo veliko časa. Če učitelji ustvarjajo dobre odnose in znajo učencem pomagati pri reševanju konfliktov\, je ta čas lahko zelo prijeten. Udeleženci usposabljanja\, ki temelji na dognanjih transakcijske analize\, asertivnosti in nenasilne komunikacije\, bodo preko praktičnih vaj raziskovali\, kako ustvarjati čim boljše odnose znotraj razreda\, kolektiva in s starši. \nObravnavali bomo vsebine:  \n\nOsnove povezovalne komunikacije – teorija nenasilne komunikacije\, asertivnosti in transakcijske prakse\nRazumevanje različnih vedenj otrok in mladih\nOd agresivne in pasivne k povezovalni komunikaciji\nUstvarjanje spodbudnega okolja v razredu\nNačini odzivanja\, ko nas vedenje drugih vrže iz tira – kako se zavestno in konstruktivno odzivati v intenzivni situaciji\nOhranjanje stika s seboj\, ko smo pod stresom\nUporabne metode in vaje za vpeljevanje povezovalne komunikacije v šolski prostor

Primerna je za začetnike in vse\, ki ste se že srečali z nenasilno komunikacijo. Delo poteka individualno\, v parih in manjših skupinah ter v skupnem krogu.
